A membership like ours will give VIP services no one else has ever offered. Mast Brothers would like our customers to have preference towing and benefits raising above all the rest. Our towing services have always been true 24-hour towing, offering secure storage with constant video surveillance. Prearranged towing and repair services with a business you know and trust, is like making sure you have a family doctor you agree with before needing them in urgent times.

 

With first class customer service like this, providing state-of-the-art towing and collision, there is no need to have a vehicle taken to a gas station or wrecking yard. This membership is more than offering out cut above the rest towing and collision repair facilities, it's much more... it's preferred customer service.

EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS

 

I.  Membership Terms and Condition

As a Mast Brothers preferred member benefits are given with VIP service. Any person can become a member with an approved and agreement to terms and conditions. These are as follows:

 

  • All benefits only apply at Mast Brothers Locations.
  • Members are allowed only one registration per household with unlimited vehicle/trailer.
  • A member qualifies for up to $500.00 maximum discount per service.
  • The 10% discount is given per year, maximum 5 years at 50% lifetime discount.
  • No commercial accounts are eligible for 10%/year, maximum 50% discount.
  • To receive benefits the member must have I.D. decal affixed on window of vehicle at time of service.
  • At anytime Mast Brothers or member can terminated agreement with written notice.

 

II. Benefits

  A. Membership I.D. Decal

Upon becoming a registered member at any of our office locations, am I.D. decal will be placed on the window of the customer's vehicle. The decal has to be placed on the lower left corner (driver's side) of the windshield, placement anywhere else can void use of decal.

In the case of needed service, a customer can be confident that Mast Brothers will responding as the chosen preferred provider. THe preference call is made based on the I.D. decal on the registered member's vehicle, therefore, allowing the benefits to any driver of that vehicle.

  • 10% discount per membership year is given to the  registered vehicle or trailer
  • The I.D. decal on the registered member's vehicle, therefore, allowing the benefits to any driver of that vehicle.


  B. Prearranged preference in towing services

A registered member will receive preference service in times of needed assistance. A member's vehicle is easily identified by the affixed I.D.; decal, the driver, capable to consent or not, will be taken to a secured Mast Brother's location. Thus, giving the ability to follow the prearranged preference of the member at time of registration.

  C. 10%-50% discount an deductible or uncovered towing costs allowing a  change in insurance deduct., thus lowering premium

By Mast Brothers giving the yearly percentage discounts, a member is able to have options when looking at choosing insurance deductibles, and also getting needed repairs done.

 

  • The membership discount allows customers and option of reviewing their insurance policy and maybe raising the deductible to achieve a lower premium.
  • A discount is an opportunity for members to have repairs done, without having to turn it into their insurance, preventing the risk of premium rate increase.

 

  D. A streamline service for estimate and repairs with priority scheduling  

Being a part of the preferred membership means getting VIP benefits. When needing an estimate and repairs our company will be able to do the footwork for the customer, simplifying the experience. Mast Brother's is more efficient because of our 35 year established quality commitment with our customers and the insurance industry.

 
  • Claims are easily processed through estimating software that is linked to many insurance companies for filling claims.
  • Mast Brothers is a direct repair facility for most insurance companies.
  • When a repair is needed, Mast Brothers can work through the estimate and approval for repairs faster to result in priority repair scheduling.

 

  E. Ability to call Mast Brothers directly for quicker response times and services, eliminating the delay with motor clubs or other dispatching services  

With Mast Brother's having 24hr service available, a member can call direct and receive requested service. In turn allowing a consistent line of communication between the customer and Mast Brothers, eliminating the third part dispatch.

 

  • A member has the confidence that a direct call can be made for service and receive information first hand.
  • With the ability to call the direct, Mast Brother's can call the customers insurance company to get approval for service.

 

  F. Entry in annual week long condo lodging almost anywhere

As a registered preferred member, the customer qualifies to be entered in an annual condo lodging drawing, as a "thank you" to the customer. There are many locations available from which to choose.

 

  • The lodging is for up to 4 people, 7 days lodging.
  • Winner must claim and use the lodging within 1 year from times of drawing.
  • The cost of transportation to, from, and at destination, food and entertainment, etc., is the member's responsibility.
  • Employees, immediate family, and unregistered customers are not eligible for annual week long condo lodging drawing.
  • One Entry per household per registration for annual drawing.
  • Transferable only before destination is confirmed.
